Product Designer

Job Role : Product Designer Duration : 6 Months (Highly chance to extends) Location : Toronto, ON (Must need to go 4 days in week onsite) What will you do? Execute End-to-End Design Deliver appropriate design artifacts spanning across all project phases, from concept development and design to production and documentation in a timely manner and efficient execution (e.g. user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user research, usability testing, specs and guidelines). Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from traders and the business Proactively contribute to design systems and other design toolkits, and work closely with leads to ensure deliverables are consistent with the design system Manage the handover and support of your designs to engineering and product development teams and provide accurate estimation of tasks and help with prioritization Present design and communicate work to team members and stakeholders Must-haves: 3+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences Experience with user research and usability testing Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android) Nice-to-haves: Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer. Requires over 3 years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping transactional experiences. Must have expertise in user research, usability testing, and native mobile design for iOS and Android.
