Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – End User Services & Cyber Security Duration: 4 Months (Highly chance to extends) Location: Toronto, ON (Need to go 4 days in week onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver End User Services and Cyber Security initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing medium-to-high complexity projects while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, operational planning, and experience working across technology infrastructure, end-user services, and cybersecurity teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning, Delivery & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-high complexity technology projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Drive operational optimization, efficiency, and capacity planning for assigned initiatives. Partner with business and technology stakeholders during project initiation to define scope, delivery methodology, timelines, and success criteria. Manage project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts. Establish project governance, define KPIs, and track performance against agreed metrics. Identify, assess, and proactively manage operational and tactical risks while escalating issues when appropriate. Resolve project roadblocks and facilitate timely decision-making to maintain project momentum. Support the integration and adoption of technology solutions within business operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. Coordinate End User Services resources to ensure projects and operational requests are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Assist in preparing planning and funding documentation (PARs) to secure required approvals and project funding. Develop and standardize processes, workflows, and operational procedures to improve service delivery effectiveness. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership. Provide regular project status updates, executive reports, and risk communications to senior management. Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and weekly project review sessions. Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences. Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure, Operations, Application teams, Lines of Business (LOBs), and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate resource planning and scheduling based on project priorities and business requirements. Produce weekly project status reports, dashboards, and project documentation. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience managing infrastructure, End User Services, or Cyber Security projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project governance. Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Experience working with cross-functional global technology and business teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience Experience supporting Cyber Security initiatives. Experience managing End User Technology projects and operations. Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and technology service delivery.
