Salesforce Consultant

Title: Salesforce Functional Lead Location: Toronto, ON Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead discovery workshops, define functional requirements, and drive process improvements using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Design enterprise solutions aligned with banking processes, compliance, and integration with core banking systems. Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criteria. Support Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful solution adoption. Must-Have Skills Degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead within the financial services/ banking industry. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations in regulated environments. Strong knowledge of banking workflows, compliance, and customer lifecycle. Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data lakes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
