Job Role: Salesforce Functional Lead Duration: 6 Months (Highly chance to extends) Location: Toronto, ON (3-4 days in week onsite) What do you need to succeed? Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce and 3+ years’ experience financial industry Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in a highly regulated, enterprise scale environments Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle and financial compliance Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes Ability to lead conversations with cross functional teams and engage effectively with executives, senior leaders and technical teams Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, confluence and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings We use AI in our Hiring processes Mindlance is an equal-opportunity employer.
