About The Role The Photographer is responsible for producing high-quality imagery that accurately represents Mine & Yours’ luxury inventory and brand aesthetic. This role executes high-volume on-model and product photography for e-commerce, while supporting campaign and marketing photography as required. The ideal candidate combines strong technical photography skills with an eye for fashion, consistency, and detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment. What You’ll Do Photography & Studio Capture high-quality on-model and product imagery consistent with Mine & Yours brand standards. Maintain consistent lighting, color accuracy, composition, and styling across all imagery. Work efficiently through daily shoot volumes while maintaining image quality. Support image editing and retouching as needed to maintain quality standards and production timelines. Upload, organize, and label images accurately and on time. Prepare and maintain photography equipment and ensure the studio is production-ready. Collaborate with E-Commerce Associates and Studio leadership to prioritize inventory and maintain efficient product flow. Support campaign, editorial, and marketing photography as required. E-Commerce Operations & Collaboration Collaborate with E-Commerce Associates and Studio leadership to prioritize inventory and maintain efficient product flow. Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product organization, transfers, inventory movement, and other operational needs as required. Partner with Buying, Retail, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support business priorities and campaigns. Proactively identify and communicate product, workflow, or studio issues that may impact speed to site. Who You Are 2-3 years of studio, fashion, or e-commerce photography experience preferred. Strong technical knowledge of cameras, studio lighting, and photography equipment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital photography workflows. Strong eye for composition, styling, color, and detail. Highly organized with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume studio environment.
