Job Description Role: Account Coordinator Location: Toronto, Canada THE OPPORTUNITY This is an opportunity to work with the leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibilities will include: Administrative duties; CRM (Salesforce) – IO creation and all associated administration tasks required for assigned accounts. Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes etc. Supporting Sales/ AM teams in the creation of campaign proposals Supporting the campaign activation teams by ensuring all relevant assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly. Creating and sharing campaign screenshots and assisting in reporting mid and post campaigns. Supporting with Insight planning and creation Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors. The Coordinator, Paid Social position is the starting point of your career here at MiQ and perhaps in the paid social space! At the heart of MiQ’s business, you will be the link between our operational and commercial functions. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Your main responsibilities will fall into two buckets: Campaign Setup Assist in the creation of Campaigns in all Paid Social Platforms Maintenance for relevant book of social business Discuss and develop campaign strategy with the internal planning teams to increase your understanding of Paid social advertising, whilst building the very strongest campaign setup for each campaign Utilise pre-campaign data to construct data driven campaign setup Look to introduce new ideas and initiatives while staying current on emerging trends Learn about the MiQ product stack and get comfortable trading any type of campaign/product across all platforms Campaign Maintenance Ensuring that campaigns are hitting required pacing and performance KPIs in order to achieve client goals through consistent optimizations Manage and prioritize the tasks associated with your client portfolio, such as: client reporting, client feedback, setups, internal updates, etc Create dashboards, reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and present data, recommendations and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting platforms to help teams and clients understand and monitor the health and performance of campaigns Work with Client Partnerships and Product to assist with insights and analytics needs Communicate with your manager on challenges and blockers on campaigns and provide updates in internal Pod Status meetings Complete monthly billing tasks for your dedicated portfolio REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Minimum 1 year of academic experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, STEM, Business, Finance Experience working in client-facing environment would be an advantage Passionate about learning in an emerging field of advertising, specifically within the paid social media space Eager to work directly with clients Technically and analytically astute Strong troubleshooting ability, clear systematic approach to problem solving Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture BENEFITS & PERKS Competitive compensation that includes bonus and Profit share No co-pay Benefits from day 1 (single or family)- medical, dental, vision 25 vacation days + 2 extra paid days of Inclusion Leave per year to acknowledge and celebrate cultural holidays, community endeavours, and inclusive initiatives that are meaningful to our employees beyond the standard holidays 6 months paid parental leave RRSP matching contribution plan Awesome opportunities for growth 2 weeks virtual orientation to learn about our business and meet the broader team upon joining MiQ Pay Transparency For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Ontario, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,000- $60,000. This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures. Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
