Program, verify, inspect, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Mircom and non-Mircom fire alarm, access control, intercom, and related life-safety systems, and submit inspection reports on time. Provide technical support and operational training to customers, ensure a positive customer experience, and mentor junior technicians while supporting team development and continuous improvement.
