Business Analyst-Supervisory - Mississauga, ON - Contract - $65-75 Per HR We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a Model Risk Management team in Mississauga, ON, on a hybrid contract basis. The role involves bridging business stakeholders and technology teams to develop a robust, scalable platform. Strong analytical skills and experience with risk management principles are essential. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements. Decompose high-level Epics into actionable user stories. Document and improve current and future state workflows. Partner with QA to develop test cases and validate solutions. Communicate effectively between stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and project status. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in risk management or a similar field. Strong understanding of model risk management principles and regulatory expectations. Experience with large-scale data migration projects. Expertise in Agile methodologies with ability to write effective user stories. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
