Java Developer-Supervisory - Mississauga, ON - Contract - $65-75 Per HR Join our team as a Senior Java Developer-Supervisory in a hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON. This contract position focuses on developing and optimizing backend applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. You'll be responsible for technical leadership in data processing and system architecture. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements to design scalable backend systems. Write high-quality, production-ready code using advanced programming principles. Lead technical implementation of backend and data-processing projects. Provide expertise in data processing and performance optimization. Mentor team members to promote technical excellence and clean code. Qualifications 8 years of experience in application development or systems analysis. Expert-level understanding of modern programming languages and concurrency models. Experience with distributed data processing systems and real-time streaming architectures. Proficiency in designing schemas and writing optimized database queries. Practical experience with containerization and CI/CD tools.
