Overview Working as a business partner of Americas Service Organization, leading full business P&L from revenue to gross margin with the mission to implement and maintain strong governance, improve financial transparency, and provide analytical insights to support business executives on strategic decisions. This role will report to the Global Head of Service Finance. Candidates with Spanish or Portuguese as a second language will be reviewed with priority. Responsibilities Manage and drive the Mitel Service reporting which includes producing and constantly improve the preparation of Monthly Actuals & Outlook for Mitel Management, including variance analysis and insights explaining the costs and revenue trajectories. Prepare analytical insights and analysis on the P&L deviations (Revenue, COS, Standard Margin, Gross Margin), Month-over-month, Year-over-Year and vs. Plan. In charge of Mitel's strategic financial planning incl. Budget process (Budget, B2, Midterm-Plan) Regional financial governance regarding all Mitel Services topics in cooperation with Regional Sales Head, Sales Directors, General Management, Finance, HR, and other Functions. Provide financial guidance and support to the other Service Finance BPs and controllers. SPOC for all Mitel Service-related Finance requests internally and from Group Identify areas of sub-optimal performance and address them through putting in sustainable improvements in business processes, governance, and controls Production and/or review of ad-hoc analysis to support the Management team Requirements Bachelor / Master's degree in fields such as finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent. 5+ years relevant professional work experience – preferably in a FP&A, controlling/ accounting role Proactive and self-driven person, with strong analytical skills combined with organizational and prioritization skills A team player with the ability to lead and motivate others Experience in implementing and maintaining strong governance over key financial KPI’s Good knowledge and understanding of IFRS accounting rules, key financial systems like ERP and BW, and data structures. Strong skills in all job-relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) High proficiency in spoken and written English Second language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
