About: As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for meeting customer needs by providing optimal service, within the timeframes set by the company. Responsibilities: * Manage emails and calls from our internal and external clients related to their contract or any other types of requests; * Respond to requests for early repayment and contract balance; * Agree with customers on payment deferrals, according to company policies; * Make changes to customer contracts and enter notes from the conversation into the customer file via company systems; * Send and produce several types of documents at the request of clients and/or colleagues; * Complete the prepayment forms; * Make sure to follow the response protocol put in place (call evaluation grid); * Maximize SEO opportunities; * Participate in the training of new department employees; * Participate in various projects aimed at developing the team and optimizing the department; * Take additional training throughout the year to keep your skills up to date; * Any other related tasks that may fall under this position. In particular, providing assistance to other departments. The profile we are looking for: * At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service * Any experience in the financial or banking sector will be considered an asset * Bilingual (English and French) in order to be able to serve customers in all provinces, both written and orally.
