This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consulting and technology leader who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, digital transformation, and business growth. In this role, you will work closely with banks, credit unions, insurance providers, fintech organizations, and capital markets firms to help modernize legacy environments, navigate regulatory complexity, and implement scalable technology solutions. Build strong relationships across banks, credit unions, insurance providers, fintech organizations, and capital markets firms. Partner with sales, pre-sales, product, and proposal teams throughout consultative sales cycles, from initial discovery through proposal development, procurement, and contract negotiations. Identify client challenges and translate business, regulatory, risk, customer experience, and operational requirements into practical technology solutions. Guide the development of solutions involving cloud technologies, automation, AI, application modernization, and digital transformation. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, cloud engineers, data specialists, subject matter experts, and delivery leaders. Provide strategic oversight of client engagements to support successful program execution, margin performance, and long-term client satisfaction. Navigate complex procurement and stakeholder environments within large financial institutions. Translate Canadian regulatory and risk requirements, including OSFI guidelines, PIPEDA, FINTRAC, and PCI-DSS, into practical digital transformation initiatives. Support the continued development and growth of the financial services practice, with opportunities to contribute to future expansion into the U.S. market. What You'll Need to Be Successful: 10–15 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or a related field within the financial services sector. Demonstrated success managing and growing multi-million-dollar client accounts. Experience working with banks, credit unions, insurance providers, fintech organizations, and/or capital markets firms. Strong understanding of the Canadian financial services regulatory and risk environment, including OSFI, PIPEDA, FINTRAC, and PCI-DSS. Familiarity with U.S. financial regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GLBA, and FFIEC is considered an asset. Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development, account growth, and complex consultative sales cycles. Experience leading cross-functional technology and consulting teams. Ability to translate complex business, risk, compliance, and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions. Experience with cloud, automation, AI, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement and contract negotiation processes. Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and operational level while balancing revenue growth, client relationships, and delivery excellence.
