RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to fans. Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles. Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed. Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries. Monitor and accurately control inventory. Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community. Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises. Note: Beer Vendors meet the fan where they are, providing a mobile opportunity to purchase beverages during games and events, whereas a Kiosk Server is stationed at a kiosk during their shift. Watch this 1 min video to find out more about this opportunity! QUALIFICATIONS Must have a valid Smart Serve certification. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises. Previous experience in high-volume beverage service is an asset. Willing and able to serve alcohol responsibly. You will be required to handle and serve alcohol Comfortable refusing service to fans if necessary Must be able to bend, crouch, and have the ability to lift/carry 35lbs. Carrying cases of beer and food products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually.
