We are seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our commercial law practice group in Winnipeg. The associate will handle a variety of commercial law matters including business acquisitions, finance, and regulatory compliance. They will work both independently and collaboratively within a team to provide high-level legal services to clients.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law. Strong analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
