We are seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our commercial law practice group in Winnipeg. Our area of commercial law includes business acquisitions and divestitures, banking and commercial finance, real estate development, privacy and cybersecurity, technology and construction projects and procurement, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, effective practice management skills and a pragmatic approach to serving clients. We are interested in candidates at all levels of experience. The successful lawyer would receive close mentorship from senior lawyers within the practice group.
