This role offers a clear path to leadership and the opportunity to build your own valuation practice. 🔍 What You’ll Do: • Lead business valuation engagements independently • Prepare reports for M&A, financial reporting, tax & compliance • Analyze financials, forecasts & market data • Deliver insights to clients & stakeholders ✅ What We’re Looking For: • CBV (or pursuing) • Strong SME valuation experience • Expertise in DCF & market-based methods • Excellent analytical & client-facing skills • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus

Lead end-to-end business valuation engagements for SMEs, focusing on M&A, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Analyze financial data and market trends to deliver strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in SME valuation and hold or be pursuing a CBV designation. Expertise in DCF and market-based methods is required, and bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
