Responsibilities * Monitor and manage multiple calendars, schedule client and internal meetings as applicable * Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations * Coordinate internal and client meetings, organize catering and other details as required * Review, modify and prepare comprehensive templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials; research, compile and summarize information/data, as applicable * Perform and track a variety of administrative and clerical activities including assembling, filing and delivery of corporate and personal tax packages * Maintain electronic and paper filing systems * Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes including participation in administration meetings * Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership * Provide backup reception coverage as required Skills and Experience * Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset but not required * 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment * Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams is an asset * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Vancouver Island@MNP Discover more about the unique elements and lifestyle at MNP on Vancouver Island through our team member videos, community insights and current opportunities here: https://www.mnp.ca/en/careers/the-flexibility-you-need-when-life-gets-busy.
