*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and schematics to ensure efficient and safe installations. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications, blueprints, and schematics in New Homes * Assist with ductwork installation and system setup * Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units as needed * Collaborate with plumbing, electrical, and construction teams during installation projects * Communicate professionally with customers and team members * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used *Skills* * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems * Mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and general maintenance * Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals * Construction experience including working with various tools and equipment * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces *Requirements* * Previous HVAC installation experience (preferred, not mandatory for helpers) * Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials * Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces * Valid driver?s license (preferred) * Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable * Ability to work independently or as part of a team This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a background in mechanical systems, construction, or appliance repair to advance their careers within the HVAC industry.
