Company Description Modern Office of Design + Architecture Inc. (MODA) is a growing, full-service architecture and interior design firm that delivers integrated design solutions for projects of all sizes. We are seeking a talented office manager/CFO with prior architecture firm experience (although this is not a deal breaker) to manage our financial operations on a part-time basis, with flexibility to grow into a larger role. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable and project-based billings Process invoices, timesheets, and project expenses Maintain project cost tracking and budget reconciliation Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations Assist with payroll coordination and tax compliance Support project profitability analysis and annual AGM preparation Managing and monitoring staff efficiency, usage and profitability Streamline project tracking and reporting Required Qualifications: 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Deltek Vantagepoint, or similar) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills
