The Job: Specialist, Business Process Transformation We’re looking for a Specialist, Business Process Transformation to support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance business performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions. What You’ll Do Process Analysis & Improvement Support current-state analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Assist in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Contribute to designing and implementing optimized workflows Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation Coordinate interviews and support workshops (e.g., kaizen sessions) to gather insights from stakeholders Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and requirements Documentation & Process Design Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps Support the development and rollout of new or improved processes Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Define and track key metrics to monitor process performance Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting Change Management & Adoption Partner with Enterprise Change Management teams to support adoption of new processes Help ensure successful implementation and sustained usage of process improvements Research & Innovation Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in process optimization and automation Support exploration of tools such as RPA to enhance efficiency What You’ll Bring to the Table Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new challenges Understanding of process improvement concepts and methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Education + Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in operations or process improvement roles Experience supporting process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and business outcomes Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is an asset Familiarity with process mapping and value-stream analysis Experience with data analysis tools and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus Ready to lead If you’re passionate about improving processes, solving operational challenges, and driving meaningful change, this is an opportunity to grow your impact within a dynamic organization. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or operations management and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and data analysis tools is required.
