We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to drive global merchandise strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and results. As a key member of the Global Merchandising team, you’ll be at the center of critical decision-making—partnering cross-functionally and participating in high-level meetings with leaders across Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing, and Sales. You will lead the development and execution of strategic global assortments, with a direct influence on the brand’s performance in North America, Europe, and Asia. Some of What You’ll Do: Develop and execute global assortment strategies aligned with financial and brand objectives. Own the DTC buy process end to end through business analytics - Partner with Planning to manage OTB, optimizing receipts, sales, margins, markdowns, and inventory levels to drive financial performance and efficiency. Drive current/future growth of the department through the development of merchandise assortments; Lead seasonal line planning, including pricing, style/color, and sizing strategies across all regions. Analyze historical data and current performance to identify opportunities in product, category, pricing, markdowns and inventory; implement data-driven strategies to exceed sales and margin targets. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, Planning, Marketing, and Sales to bring the product vision to market. Stay ahead of trends and competition to inform product and customer strategies. Drive efficient inventory management to support freshness, profitability, and in-stock goals. Own global assortments across North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring regional relevance and consistency. Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Supply Chain, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales to bring seasonal strategies to life from concept through execution. Lead effective business meetings; influence and align cross-functional partners on seasonal initiatives and long-term strategies. Partner with Marketing on 360° strategies to support launches and seasonal campaigns. Some of What You’ll need: 7 Years in fashion buying or product management Bachelor or College degree, in a related field. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; Strong knowledge: Microsoft Office, MS Excel. Power BI considered a plus. Language of work: French or English, excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Knowledge of PLM an asset Knowledge of Momentis an asset Moose Knuckles is a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal and operating in North America, Europe and Asia. Professional French language proficiency is therefore required and essential for all Montreal-based employees. In addition, the professional English proficiency is also important since it allows to collaborate with the employees of the group based internationally.

Exigences
Requires at least 7 years of experience in fashion buying or product management and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills in English and French.
