Morningstar Air Express offers our Captains: A base salary starting at $77,206 per year with two pay level increases every year An hourly per diem rate of $4.75 per hour away from home base while on duty 4% - 6% company matched RRSP defined contribution plan that you control (based on years of service) 3 - 6 weeks of vacation per year (based on years of service) Most weekends and holidays off An average of 12 to 14 duty period days per month A benefit package consisting of health, dental, vision, travel medical, life insurance, short and long-term disability protection An employee and family assistance program, wellness and health care spending accounts Jump seat privileges for employees on Morningstar aircraft between our bases located across Canada We offer job security with very competitive wages, an above average benefits package and a company matched pension plan. Minimum Qualifications: · 1500 hrs Total time § OR: o 1200 hours total time with 300 hours on type. · Valid Canadian ATPL or CPL with a current Group 1 or 3 IFR · Valid category 1 Medical certificate · Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) · Ability to travel to USA · Provincial Driver's license · Valid Passport; · Valid Driver’s License. Serve as a Captain for Cessna Caravan 208 aircraft providing specialized air cargo services. Ensure safe flight operations while adhering to company safety standards and schedules.

Requires a minimum of 1500 total flight hours (or 1200 with 300 on type) and a valid Canadian ATPL or CPL with Group 1 or 3 IFR. Must possess a Category 1 Medical certificate, a valid passport, and the ability to obtain a RAIC.
