🚀 Head of Wings & Fuselage Operations 📍 Montreal, QC | Permanent Leadership Opportunity Are you an experienced aerospace operations leader ready to take ownership of Wings & Fuselage operations across two countries? We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee multidisciplinary teams supporting operations in Mirabel, Canada and Mobile, Alabama. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple aircraft programs. What You'll Do ✈️ Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Canada and the U.S. ✈️ Drive operational performance, quality, and delivery for Wings & Fuselage programs. ✈️ Adapt quickly to changing customer priorities and production demands. ✈️ Optimize resources across multiple programs and product lines. ✈️ Champion Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture. ✈️ Deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-critical aerospace environment. What We're Looking For ✔️ Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. ✔️ 15+ years of professional experience, including deep expertise in aircraft wings. ✔️ 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing or another high-reliability industry. ✔️ 5+ years leading operational and functional teams. ✔️ Strong knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices. ✔️ Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or the Airbus Operating System (AOS). ✔️ Previous Final Assembly Line (FAL) experience. ✔️ Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex operational programs. 📩 Interested?
