The role We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) to join our Ontario team. This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on ensuring all equipment entering and leaving the warehouse is clean, safe, properly stored, and ready for use. You will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of equipment and supporting both our clients and internal teams. Schedule & Hours: * Full-time, Monday to Friday * Day shift (typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) * 40 hours per week What’s in it for you Impact. How you will spend your days: * Equipment Cleaning & Processing (Core Focus) * Clean, sanitize, and inspect all incoming and outgoing mobility equipment * Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before being restocked or dispatched * Identify and flag any damage or maintenance needs * Inventory Organization & Restocking * Accurately return equipment and parts to their designated locations * Maintain a clean, orderly, and easy-to-navigate warehouse * Ensure high-demand items are consistently stocked and accessible * Physical Handling & Warehouse Flow * Move, lift, and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed) * Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments * Stage equipment for delivery, service, or customer pickup * Inventory Control & Accuracy * Support cycle counts and inventory tracking * Use internal systems (e.g., Navision) to maintain accurate inventory records * Assist in minimizing loss, damage, or misplaced items * Team Support * Collaborate with Service Technicians, Sales, and Admin teams * Step in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly What you bring to the role: * Experience. 1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or physically active role * Physical capability: Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling equipment throughout the day * Attention to detail: You take pride in cleanliness, organization, and accuracy * Work ethic: Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of your space * Technical comfort: Able to learn inventory systems and use basic computer tools * Communication: Able to work effectively with team members and support internal needs What we offer: At Motion, we are proud to provide our employees with the following competitive benefits and rewards package.
