Compensation: $32.50 per hour Help Get Rental Homes Ready for Their Next Tenant Move Smart Rentals helps property owners prepare and lease residential rental properties. A major part of that process is making sure each home is clean, presentable, and ready for showings or move-in. We are looking for experienced cleaners who can take responsibility for a vacant property, complete a detailed clean, and leave it ready for the next stage. This is independent, appointment-based work across rental homes and apartments. The Work Assignments May Include Move-in cleaning Move-out cleaning Vacant-unit turnover cleaning Deep cleaning before a property is listed or occupied Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances Cleaning baseboards, windowsills, doors, fixtures, and detailed surfaces Completing a final walkthrough before leaving Taking clear completion photos Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned Updating the assignment through a mobile work app You will travel directly to scheduled properties and complete each assignment independently. What You Need To Bring At least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience Experience with move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnover, vacant-unit cleaning, or similar work Your own reliable vehicle Your own cleaning supplies and equipment A suitable smartphone for GPS, mobile work orders, photos, instructions, and job updates The ability to work independently and follow property-specific instructions Basic English communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual attendance Application Process After you apply, we will review your resume and cleaning background. Perform detailed cleaning of vacant rental homes and apartments to prepare them for new tenants. Responsibilities include cleaning all rooms, appliances, and surfaces, as well as reporting damages and documenting completion via a mobile app.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience and possess their own reliable vehicle and cleaning equipment. A smartphone and basic English communication skills are also required.
