Senior Corporate Trainer

Senior ERP Trainer Location: Edmonton, AB (100% Onsite) Duration: Contract Experience Required - 6+ Years. The Client is seeking experienced ERP Trainers. Reporting to the Manager, Excellence – Communications, OCM & Training, the Trainer will lead the design, development, and delivery of role-based training programs for enterprise-wide ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced ERP training. Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids aligned with 1GX standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and Change Management teams to identify learning needs and ensure training readiness. Facilitate training sessions and evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Maintain training governance, quality assurance, version control, and continuous improvement processes. Mentor junior trainers and leverage digital collaboration and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning delivery. Required Experience: Experience delivering training for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle/Workday or similar preferred). Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise. Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience developing training content and measuring learning outcomes. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM (Alberta Time) Note: Work must be performed onsite in Edmonton and within Canada.

The Trainer will lead the design, development, and delivery of role-based training programs for enterprise-wide ERP implementations. Candidates should have experience delivering training for large-scale ERP implementations and possess strong instructional design and adult learning expertise. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills are also required.
