Bilingual Office/Sales Administrator Location: Whitby, Ontario Work Model: Full-time, permanent, in office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 37.5 hours per week Salary: $50,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to $2,000 Who Are We? We are supporting a well-established client in hiring a Bilingual Office/Sales Administrator for its Whitby office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where collaboration, customer service, and attention to detail are highly valued. This is a fully in-office position with no remote-work option. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Whitby. What’s In It for You? Process the full order cycle for orders submitted by Territory Managers, ensuring all information is complete, current, and accurate Prepare and obtain supporting documentation, including workers’ compensation, customs, insurance, and warranty documents Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal departments to help keep projects moving forward Act as a point of contact between departments and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly Confirm product and inventory availability Maintain and update the daily order backlog Process product returns accurately and efficiently Complete data entry and maintain accurate records Respond to internal requests while delivering a high level of customer service Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment What Do You Bring?
