Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12-20 field nurses Drive team performance through coaching, performance management, and professional development Conduct difficult performance conversations while fostering an engaged and supportive team culture Analyze operational metrics and develop action plans to improve service delivery and patient outcomes Collaborate with internal leadership, pharmaceutical partners, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient support programs Support field nurses with clinical guidance and confidently respond to physician and healthcare provider inquiries Lead strategic discussions with clients while maintaining strong operational execution Ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centric service delivery Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across programs and processes Partner cross-functionally to support program launches, market changes, and evolving patient needs Maintain a strong focus on operational excellence, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives Travel occasionally for meetings and business requirements as needed What Do You Bring? Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing background (mandatory) Proven leadership experience managing healthcare professionals—this is not a first-time leadership opportunity Experience leading teams of 12+ employees in clinical, patient-facing, or healthcare environments Strong business acumen with experience in strategy, operations, and client-facing discussions Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills Ability to confidently set expectations, establish boundaries, and hold team members accountable Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting performance metrics Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment Preferred Experience Includes: Patient Support Program (PSP) leadership experience Specialty pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare experience Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers, physicians, or healthcare providers Leadership experience within nursing homes, healthcare operations, infusion services, or other patient-focused clinical environments will also be considered Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, reimbursement landscape, and patient support programs is considered an asset We're looking for an authentic leader who is: Agile and adaptable Resilient under pressure Empathetic and emotionally intelligent Patient-centric in every decision Culturally aware and inclusive Confident leading change while supporting and developing others Comfortable balancing clinical excellence with business priorities Recruitment Technology & AI Notice: MT Talent Solutions may use artificial intelligence and other recruitment technologies to assist with candidate sourcing, resume review, communications, and administrative recruitment tasks.
