They are seeking a hands-on professional who can successfully manage facility projects, coordinate repairs and renovations, and ensure multiple sites operate smoothly and effectively. Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple locations Manage light renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and execution Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure facilities remain safe and operational Coordinate external contractors, trades, and service providers to complete work efficiently and within budget Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met Respond to facility-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions Support preventative maintenance initiatives and facility improvement programs Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reporting Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize facility needs and project requirements Travel regularly to facilities within your assigned region and periodically outside the province as required What Do You Bring? Previous experience in facilities management, property management, building maintenance, or a related field Experience coordinating light renovations, repairs, and maintenance projects Strong project management and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to various sites Willingness and ability to travel out of province as required Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers is considered an asset If you are a proactive facilities professional who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
