MANAGER, TOTAL REWARDS LOCATION: Greater Toronto Area, ON OFFICE MODEL: Hybrid 1-2 days in office SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $145,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + RRSP Matching Who Are We? Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's total rewards strategy across multiple business units Manage, coach, and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on compensation philosophy, job evaluation, pay equity, incentive programs, and employee benefits Design and maintain scalable compensation frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, and business growth Lead annual compensation review processes, including salary planning, market benchmarking, and incentive program administration Conduct market analysis and compensation studies to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with industry trends Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to executives and People leaders on compensation-related matters Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, pay transparency requirements, and compensation governance practices Oversee employee benefits programs and vendor relationships, ensuring optimal value, service delivery, and employee experience Analyze workforce and compensation data to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making Develop and execute employee communication strategies related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align rewards programs with organizational objectives Drive process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of total rewards programs and operations What Do You Bring? 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including compensation and benefits leadership Previous people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams Deep expertise in compensation strategy, salary administration, market benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay equity Strong knowledge of employee benefits program design, administration, and vendor management Experience leading annual compensation review cycles and salary planning initiatives Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Knowledge of applicable employment, compensation, and pay transparency legislation Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution Experience working in complex, multi-site, or multi-business unit organizations is considered an asset Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, compensation tools, and data analysis platforms CHRL, CCP, GRP, or other related professional designation is considered an asset If you are a strategic Total Rewards leader who enjoys influencing business decisions, building high-performing teams, and creating programs that drive employee engagement and organizational success, we would love to hear from you.
