Lead and scale operations across multiple functions and teams Own operational performance including service, quality, productivity, and cost Translate business strategy into actionable plans and performance metrics Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leads Implement performance management routines and reporting structures Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflows Ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal policies Partner cross-functionally with key business units Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management Support new initiatives, expansions, and operational changes Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies What Do You Bring? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 8-12+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or related environments 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams Experience in high-volume, complex operational settings Proven ability to drive strategy, lead change, and scale operations Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and performance metrics Experience with operational systems (e.g., ERP/WMS) Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma is an asset) Recruitment Technology & AI Notice MT Talent Solutions may use artificial intelligence and other recruitment technologies to assist with candidate sourcing, resume review, communications, and administrative recruitment tasks.
