Hiring for days and afternoons. MTO Metal Products is looking for experienced welders and associates with some experience interested in possible Apprentice Opportunities. Our Company is offering Long Term Stable employment, training opprotunities, and a friendly atmosphere in a team oriented environmen. *Days*: * 6:30 AM - 4 PM - Monday to Thursday * 6:30 AM - 3 PM - Friday *Afternoons:* * 4 PM - 3 AM - Monday to Thursday *Required Education, Skills and Qualifications* * Strong Math Skills are required for further growth. * Blueprint Reading Skills and experience with GMAW and or FCAW would be an asset. * Required to Fit and Weld multiple sizes of parts in a fabrication manufacturing environment with various weld sizes. * Strong ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills, problem solving, decision making and written & oral communication skills a must. * Welding, grinding, lifting parts up to 40lbs, and other duties as required. Candidate should have a willingness and desire to learn, the ability to work with others, is self-motivated, and works with a sense of urgency for completing task.
