Job Description Reporting to the Director, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Fund Accounting, the Junior Associate Director will oversee the delivery of staff augmentation services supporting one of the largest asset managers in the world. This role is responsible for managing client deliverables, supervising team members, maintaining operational oversight, and ensuring a high standard of service to the client. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of staff augmentation services, ensuring client expectations, service levels, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Review and oversee fund accounting and operational processes performed by the team, including NAV reviews, investor activity, expense review, and administrator oversight. Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, fund accounting inquiries, and exception management. Coordinate with the client, third-party administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and completion of deliverables. Review and analyze financial statements, capital activity, investor allocations, and other fund reporting packages as required. Monitor workload allocation, team capacity, and service delivery priorities to ensure deadlines are met. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational efficiencies and best practices. Support client onboarding initiatives, new fund launches, process transitions, and special projects. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key internal stakeholders. Provide coaching, training, performance management, and career development support to team members. The Junior Associate Director will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, development, and performance management of these team members while ensuring consistent delivery of services to a globally significant asset management client.
