If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to learn — this is where you want to be. Key Responsibilities You’ll be hands-on from day one, all training is provided inhouse. You will be: Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset: With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions You are motivated by problem-solving and using hands-on skills You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet You are team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused You are passionate about building cool things — especially motorsport-related components Benefits: The advantages of working at Multimatic include: Performance Based Wage Review after 3-month Probation Period Extended Health, Dental and Vision Care Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance RRSP and DPSP Match Paid Time Off Two paid Multimatic Days Multimatic Clothing Program Multimatic Summer Programs (We have Soccer and Baseball teams!) You will be responsible for laminating, vacuum bagging, and curing composite materials using autoclaves and ovens to build high-performance components. Additionally, you will perform trimming, bonding, and finishing tasks while maintaining strict quality standards and safety protocols.

No prior expert experience is required as full in-house training is provided for all tasks. Candidates must possess a motivated mindset, a willingness to learn technical manuals, and the ability to safely operate various power tools.
