MultiX Innovations — CTO / Technical Co-Founder Equity Only | Early Stage | Blockchain Infrastructure Who We Are MultiX Innovations is a blockchain-based ticket minting infrastructure company built on ERC-7943. We mint tickets and real-world assets on blockchain for venues, promoters, artists, and event operators, providing fraud-proof access control, programmable resale royalties, identity-verified ticketing, and post-event collectible token issuance. We also enhance governance and add a public safety & security level that no other ticketing mechanism can offer. What We Need You To Build Full Stack Application A consumer and operator-facing web and mobile app connecting venues, promoters, and fans to the MultiX minting infrastructure. Clean, fast, intuitive. Built for people who have never heard the word blockchain. Blockchain Integration Layer Connect the front-end app to our smart contract infrastructure. You are not building the blockchain from scratch — you are building the bridge between our platform and best-in-class existing infrastructure. Smart Contract Customization Configurable royalty bands, resale logic, identity verification triggers, lifecycle management (mint, transfer, burn). Working within the ERC-7943 standard, not reinventing it. Already purpose built for easy integration / API. API Integrations IDV providers (Veriff, iDenfy or similar), ticketing platform connectors, venue management system hooks, payment rails, wallets, sponsorship, etc. Quick Prototype / MVP We need something we can put in front of investors and venue partners quickly. A working demonstration of the core minting, access control, and resale royalty flow. Not perfect — real. Fan-Facing PWA A progressive web app for the fan experience — ticket wallet, event access, collectible display, resale marketplace. Built for mobile first. The Technical Profile Must Have: Solid full stack development experience — React or React Native front end, Node.js or Python back end Blockchain development experience — Ethereum, ERC standards, smart contracts (Solidity) Experience with Web3 libraries — ethers.js, web3.js, or similar API integration experience — RESTful APIs, third party service integration Ability to build a working prototype fast — you have shipped things before Entrepreneurially minded — you think like a builder and an owner not just an engineer Strong Preference For: Experience with ERC-1400, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or ERC-7943 specifically Mobile development experience — React Native or PWA Experience with identity verification API integration Familiarity with real-world asset tokenization Previous startup or early-stage company experience Preferably in the Greater Toronto Area (GTHA) You Do Not Need: A computer science degree Enterprise software experience A long resume Previous CTO title What you need is proof you can build. This is equity only until funding closes. We are completing a Seed to Growth / Series A raise and are 6 months ahead of our original build schedule because ERC-7943 launched early. You will build a full stack application connecting venues, promoters, and fans to the MultiX minting infrastructure. Additionally, you will create a blockchain integration layer and customize smart contracts for various functionalities.

Candidates must have solid full stack development experience and blockchain development experience, particularly with Ethereum and smart contracts. Experience with Web3 libraries and API integrations is also essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.
