Tire Recycling Atlantic Canada Corporation (TRACC) a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is based in Minto, New Brunswick is looking for the expertise of a Dispatcher/ Administrative Assistant. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Act as a representative of the company demonstrating superior judgement and excellent customer service. Answer phone calls and direct them as needed and set up customer orders Dispatch drivers to calls as they are received, using information on customer needs, driver’s locations. Manage requests for tire pick-ups. Create and coordinate collection routes for drivers. Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues Fields emails from customers to the appropriate departments Data entry Organize and maintain office files and supplies Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, And Experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suites preferred Strong interpersonal skills Effective problem-solving skills High attention to detail Utilizes strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work in fast paced team environment Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors A comprehensive pension and benefits package are offered with the position along with opportunities for advancement and training and development.
