About The Opportunity Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurse (Community Health) to join the Community Nursing team based at Griffith. As The Enrolled Nurse, You Will Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based nursing care Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse Provide clinical care, education and health promotion Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners To find out more, please review the Position Description.
