Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) is a multi-site organization that includes the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Site and the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Site, and together we provide outstanding, integrated care to support people in living their healthiest lives. ROLE MAHC is looking for Registered Nurses to join our team. MAHC provides low-risk obstetrical services that are patient centered at our Level 1 sites. Qualifications Current certificate of registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario required 2 years experience of acute medical/surgical nursing experience 1-2 years of relevant labour and delivery nursing, and post partum nursing experience an asset IV Certified Current BLS Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Regional Pediatric Orientation Program (PALS) RNAO Breastfeeding e-learning (or equivalent) Additional Perks At Mahc Signing Bonus! You could qualify for $7500 (Only applicable for external applicants applying for Permanent Part-Time and Permanent Full-Time positions) Staff referral program (Earn up to $1000 for each successful Permanent Part Time and Permanent Full Time new hire you refer to MAHC) Extended health benefits(Permanent Full-Time only) Enrolment in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) Additional Information Location: South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (SMMH) located in Bracebridge is the home-site. Applicants must reside within 125km of one of our hospital campuses or be willing to relocate prior to starting. *Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis Hours of Work: Must be available to work shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements per the collective agreement. Exigences

Requires a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience. Certifications in BLS, NRP, PALS, and IV are required or preferred.
