Key Responsibilities: As a Moulder Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of high-quality wood profiles. In this role, you will: * Perform full moulder setups and changeovers, including loading heads and adjusting the machine for a variety of different profiles * Produce and grade finished wood products to ensure every piece meets company quality standards * Operate the moulder safely and expediently while maintaining precise attention to detail throughout the production run * Follow established procedures in the execution of all daily tasks to maintain consistency and workflow. * Conduct regular visual and measurement quality checks using specialized devices to ensure product accuracy. * Maintain and clean machinery and parts during the production process to prevent debris buildup and ensure machine longevity. * Troubleshoot machine issues to identify and fix problems, performing necessary routine maintenance or scheduling professional service as required. * Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times to minimize hazards and support a productive environment. * Comply with all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your teammates.
