We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Window Installer to lead and support our installation crew. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills in construction and installation who is ready to step up into a leadership position—mentoring junior installers, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing projects from start to finish on site. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Window Installer at Muskoka Lumber, you’ll take ownership of installations while guiding the crew to deliver exceptional results. * Lead and support window and door installations, ensuring high-quality results * Train, mentor, and guide junior installers and helpers * Read and interpret installation plans and specifications * Safely transport and handle windows, doors, and materials * Apply appropriate sealing products and finishing techniques * Maintain clean and organized worksites, equipment, and vehicles * Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE * Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors What You Bring: At Muskoka Lumber, we value experience, professionalism, and a drive to do things right.
