Senior Application Lifecycle Management Strategy Consultant (35476)

Our Federal Government client is seeking a Senior Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Strategy Consultant to support the assessment and selection of an enterprise ALM platform for a major technology transformation initiative. Working alongside a senior consulting team, you will evaluate leading ALM solutions, perform options analysis, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and provide strategic recommendations for the future-state ALM platform. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate enterprise ALM platforms and vendor solutions Conduct options analysis and develop recommendations Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements Develop implementation roadmaps and executive presentations Advise senior stakeholders on ALM strategy and platform selection Support enterprise transformation initiatives Required Experience 5+ years of consulting experience (Level 3 equivalent with professional certification) Experience evaluating or implementing enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms Knowledge of one or more of the following: SAP Cloud ALM ServiceNow Azure DevOps Jira / Atlassian IBM ELM Digital.ai Experience supporting three (3) or more large enterprise system implementations Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to Have SAP transformation experience Federal Government consulting experience Experience with Agile, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, or SAP Activate Active Enhanced Reliability Clearance ,

The consultant will assess and select an enterprise ALM platform for a federal government technology transformation. This includes conducting options analysis, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and developing implementation roadmaps.

Requires 5+ years of consulting experience and a professional certification, with a proven track record of implementing enterprise ALM platforms. Candidates should have experience with tools like SAP Cloud ALM, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps and possess an Active Enhanced Reliability Clearance.
