Senior Power BI Developer (35471)

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate has strong data visualization skills and experience transforming complex data into clear, actionable reporting. Experience with ETL processes and data integration is considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and maintain secure, reliable data connections. Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously improve existing dashboards. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions that support decision-making. Document reporting solutions and best practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX. Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ETL development and data transformation processes. Experience integrating data from multiple systems and sources. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other ETL tools. Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure data services is an asset.
