Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Integration Specialist to support a large-scale Cyber Managed Services initiative. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations between ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel, and client ITSM platforms to enable efficient Security Operations Centre (SOC) incident management. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior ServiceNow professional with strong integration experience, cybersecurity exposure, and enterprise consulting experience. Key Responsibilities Design and develop integrations between Microsoft Sentinel and ServiceNow Configure ServiceNow Incident Management workflows for Security Operations Develop and maintain REST API integrations with external platforms Design and implement bi-directional integrations between: ServiceNow BMC Helix / Remedy Configure synchronization for: Incident lifecycle Status updates Assignment groups Priorities Work notes Comments Attachments Develop custom ServiceNow components including: Script Includes Business Rules Flow Designer workflows IntegrationHub solutions REST/SOAP services Support automated incident orchestration and enrichment Troubleshoot integration and performance issues Participate in technical design sessions with security, operations, and client teams Produce technical documentation including: Solution Design Integration Design Data Mapping Runbooks Operational Support Guides Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities Required Qualifications ServiceNow 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Incident Management IntegrationHub Flow Designer Script Includes Business Rules REST APIs MID Server OAuth Authentication Import Sets Transform Maps Integration Experience Strong Experience Integrating ServiceNow With One Or More Of Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender XDR Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender for Identity Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Experience with Microsoft's official ServiceNow Connector is highly desirable. Enterprise ITSM Integration Experience Integrating ServiceNow With Enterprise ITSM Platforms Including BMC Helix BMC Remedy Other enterprise ITSM platforms Experience Implementing Bi-directional incident synchronization Status synchronization Assignment routing Comment synchronization Work note synchronization Attachment synchronization API-based integrations Technical Skills JavaScript JSON REST APIs OAuth Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Assets Include SOAP Microsoft Graph API Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Cyber Security Experience Experience working within Security Operations or Managed Security Services is highly preferred. Experience with any of the following is considered an asset: Security Operations Centre (SOC) SIEM MDR Incident Response Security Incident Management Threat Detection MITRE ATT&CK Microsoft Sentinel Deliverables The Successful Consultant Will Support Delivery Of Microsoft Sentinel → ServiceNow integration ServiceNow ↔ BMC Helix/Remedy integration API development Workflow automation Incident synchronization Technical documentation Testing support Production deployment Hypercare Knowledge transfer Preferred Certifications One or more of: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Analyst (SC-200) Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.) ITIL Foundation Mandatory Requirements Active Government of Canada Reliability Status (or eligible) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working directly with enterprise clients Ability to work independently within a consulting environment Nice-to-Have Cyber Managed Services Multi-tenant SOC environments Enterprise ServiceNow implementations Microsoft Security ecosystem Agile delivery methodologies Work Arrangement Full-time Remote anywhere in Canada Occasional travel to client site in New Brunswick (approximately 1–2 trips over four months) Candidates located in New Brunswick are strongly encouraged to apply Local candidates may attend onsite meetings approximately once per month ,
