Technical Trainer I

The Technical Trainer is the Company's Training Representative who is responsible for training rig crews and onsite personnel safely and efficiently to meet the Company and Customer’s expectations, promote Nabors performance tools, additional services and rigs. The Technical Trainer is responsible for safely and efficiently training rig crews and onsite personnel to meet company and customer expectations. They promote performance tools and services while ensuring compliance with training matrices and safety regulations.

Candidates need at least 3-4 years of experience as a Driller or Technical Trainer and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and rigging procedures. Required certifications include First Aid, CPR, and completion of Nabors IADC CAMS Assessor and Train-the-Trainer courses.
