A career as a Senior Analyst within National Bank’s Compensation Accounting team allows you to act as a specialist in processes related to variable compensation and commission programs. You participate in their application, production, and accurate accounting for the Bank and its subsidiaries. Through your accounting experience, your ease in a multi-system environment, and your rigor and curiosity, you make a positive contribution to your colleagues, partners, and managers. Your role: Properly process commission adjustments for the Wealth Management sector. Take charge of bonuses, billing, as well as commission adjustments and corrections. Perform accounting follow-up for the Entrepreneur program. Ensure compliance of activities and support monthly operations. Analyze and account for commissions in the Personal Banking sector. Actively contribute to month-end and year-end processes for compensation accounting. Analyze, interpret, and explain variances observed in monthly and quarterly financial results Actively participate in initiatives to improve and optimize compensation accounting processes. Your team: Within the Finance sector, you report to the Senior Director of Compensation Accounting. Our large team is responsible for activities related to variable commissions for the Wealth Management and Personal Banking sectors, variable and deferred compensation, as well as the Payroll Experts sector, for the Bank and its subsidiaries.
