A career as an SME Account Manager within the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 team means acting as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and business owners. Leveraging your expertise and a strong network of specialists, you help clients make informed financial decisions and contribute directly to the growth and success of their businesses. Through your consultative approach and business development mindset, you build lasting relationships and support companies in achieving their goals. Your Role Grow and manage a portfolio of small business clients by building trusted, long-term relationships. Partner with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored financial solutions that support their growth and ambitions. Conduct financial analysis and structure financing solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a comprehensive and integrated client experience. Ensure sound risk management practices while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and operational excellence. Your team As part of the Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859 sector, you will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping businesses succeed. You will also benefit from the support of a broad network of specialists who work closely together to provide clients with the most appropriate solutions for their needs. Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, this position is based in Quebec City. Requirements University Certificate and 7 years of experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience; or Master's Degree and 3 years of experience. Proven business development experience. Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis. Established professional network within the local small and medium-sized business community is considered an asset. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
