Intermediate Materiel Acquisition and Support Officer

The successful candidate will provide procurement and administrative support services to military and civilian clients at 4 Wing Cold Lake while supporting the PG-04 Wing Procurement Manager in the delivery of procurement services across the Wing. Primary duties include assisting clients with the procurement of goods and services, establishing and managing Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements, preparing procurement documentation, coordinating approvals, maintaining procurement records, monitoring requests throughout the procurement process, and providing guidance on established policies and procedures. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Government of Canada and Department of National Defence policies.
