Type: Part-time / Contract (with growth potential) We are building a new generation of afterschool programs designed to give students real exposure to modern industries—esports, content creation, digital skills, and more. We are looking for Program Lead to take ownership of individual program tracks. This is not a passive teaching role—this is a leadership position where you will run, build, and evolve a program from the ground up. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead and manage a specific afterschool program (e.g., esports, video editing, social media, etc.) Plan and execute structured sessions for students (curriculum + activities) Manage instructors or assistants where applicable Ensure student engagement, retention, and overall experience quality Track attendance, performance, and program outcomes Continuously improve the program based on feedback and results Take ownership of your program—treat it like a small business unit What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and organizational ability Comfortable managing groups of students (youth experience is a plus) Background or strong interest in at least one relevant area: Esports / Gaming Content Creation (YouTube, TikTok, Streaming) Video Editing / Media Digital Skills / Tech Ability to take initiative and operate with minimal oversight Reliable, structured, and accountable Program Areas We are currently developing and expanding a range of afterschool programs. Program Leads will take ownership of one or more of the following areas: Esports & Competitive Gaming Team-based play, tournaments, strategy, and player development Content Creation & Streaming YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, personal branding, and live production Video Editing & Digital Media Editing fundamentals, storytelling, short-form and long-form content Technology & Digital Skills General computer literacy, online tools, and foundational tech skills Creative & Experimental Programs (optional expansion) New program ideas based on your expertise (e.g., game design, social media growth, etc.) What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This role is for people who want to build something and grow with it. You are not just delivering sessions—you are shaping the program You will be given autonomy, but expected to produce results The more successful your program is, the more opportunity you create for yourself Compensation $24–$32/hour CAD, based on experience and performance Additional performance-based incentives tied to program growth, retention, and overall success Clear pathway for advancement into expanded leadership roles as programs scale, with potential opportunities to support new locations and travel Why Join Be part of building a scalable youth program model Direct impact on students and their development Opportunity to grow into senior leadership as we expand across locations Work in an environment tied to esports, media, and modern digital industries We are building this role with long-term growth in mind.
