Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements. NATT Personnel Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified Health and Safety Coordinators to join our labour pool for upcoming opportunities in the Sudbury area. We are looking to connect with experienced Health and Safety professionals who have a background in the construction, mining, or industrial sectors. Candidates added to our labour pool may be contacted as suitable opportunities become available based on client needs, project requirements, and availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation, industry standards, and best practices, along with the ability to work effectively in active construction, mining, and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct site inspections and recommend safety improvements * Support supervisors in monitoring and maintaining safety compliance * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of health and safety policies * Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations * Assist with or lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Provide safety training and orientation to employees * Conduct hazard and risk assessments * Attend safety meetings and maintain required documentation * Manage and monitor use of safety equipment and supplies * Analyze safety data and recommend action where needed * Perform related administrative tasks * Participate in health and safety initiatives and projects Qualifications and Requirements: * Post-secondary education or training in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a health and safety role * Safety designations such as CRSP, CHSC, or NCSO, or currently working toward one considered an asset * Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) certification, First Aid, CPR, and AED considered assets * Working at Heights certification required * Valid G-class driver’s license required Skills and Experience: * Experience in health and safety within the construction, mining, or industrial sectors * Strong reporting, documentation, and attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Self-motivated and capable of working independently * Proficient with safety management systems and Microsoft Office NATT Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply. Exigences

Candidates must have post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. A valid G-class driver's license and Working at Heights certification are required, with additional safety designations considered an asset.
