Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements. We are adding to our staff pool and looking for Skilled Labourers to join our team to work on an as-needed basis. Looking to expand your skills in diverse industrial environments? Key Responsibilities: * Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditions * Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping duties * Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely * Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed * Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects * Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas * Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule * Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols Qualifications and Requirements: * Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract * Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required * Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour * Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions – rain, shine, snow, etc. Skills and Abilities: * Exceptional communication skills in English * Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge * Excellent time management and punctuality * Knowledge and familiarity with the mining industry is considered an asset Natt Group of Companies is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
