Experienced Warehouse Operator Webber Naturals are a Large Manufacturing company specialising in health food products. We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to work in our Export Shipping team. Someone who thrives working independently, enjoys taking ownership, and Loves to stay organised with a keen eye for attention to detail. If you have ideas for improving processes, optimizing warehouse organization, and creating best practices, we'd love to hear them. Job Status Full-Time, Permanent Shift Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Work Location Onsite - 1400 Brigantine Drive Salary Range $22.06 - $26.36 per hour In this role, you will: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while completing warehouse activities. Manage receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and product storage with a high degree of accuracy. Support inventory control through ERP and warehouse management systems while maintaining accurate records. Help establish and maintain a clean, organized, secure, and efficient warehouse environment where staff safety and support come first. Work independently within a small team while identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and workflow. You have: Previous warehouse experience with strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling functions. Experience operating or willingness to become certified on forklifts and powered material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation and inventory transactions. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle physical warehouse duties. Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems; Syspro experience is considered an asset.
